2. Subscription Plans & Payments
All subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or yearly. Payments are non-refundable except as noted below.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Technical issues (service unavailable for 48+ hours)
- Duplicate billing
- Refunds required by law
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for change of mind, underuse, unmet expectations, or account suspension due to violations.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing cycle, no partial refunds.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email refund requests to chat@redleafchatbot.ca with account details, transaction ID, and reason. Processing time: 7–10 business days.
